I have assumed his father Arthur must have been the brother of Leiutenant James Poyntz because James was one of the witnesses at the birth of this James, along with Dolan(?) and Hamet(?) Wingfield. It seems likely that Elizabeth's maiden name was Wingfield, but I haven't found the marriage. [S6] Other Researchers - Penny Graham.
