IN THE SUPREME COURT of  NEW SOUTH WALES

Probate Jurisdiction  - In the Will of THOMAS SCOTT TOWNSEND late of 102 Earls Court Road Kensington in the County of Middlesex London England - Application will be made after fourteen days from the publication here of the Letters of Administration with an exemplification of the Probate of the last Will and Testament of the above named deceased granted by his Majesty's High Court of Justice In its Probate Division (Principal Registry) London England to EDNA ROSINA TOWNSEND and JOHN VALENTINE TOWNSEND (hereinafter called the said Executors  two of the Executors named in the said Will may be granted to THE UNION TRUSTEE COMPANY OF AUSTRALIA LIMITED of 2 O'Connell Street Sidney in the State of New South Wales the duly constituted Attorney of the said Executors for the use and benefit of the said Executors limited until the said Executors shall apply for and take out representation in this Honourable Court and also limited to the personal Estate of the said deceased situated In the said State of New South Wales All persons having any claims against the Estate of the said deceased are required to forthwith render particulars of same to the said Company And all notices may be served at the undersigned address Dated this twenty-eighth day of April one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three HAROLD COX Proctor for Applicant Wollongong By his Agents Mr McELHONE and CO Castlereagh Street Sydney.
