Robert married Phyllis Ethel Chamarette on 06 Apr 1921. Phyllis (daughter of Lancaster Milton Poyntz Chamarette and Mabel Louisa Plumbe) was born on 4 Oct 1898; was christened on 22 Oct 1898 in RC Church, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, India; died in Mar 1987 in Surrey, England. Guesses at the people in the Wedding Photograph:
The couple in the middle are Robert and Phyllis.
Next to Robert is Lancaster, next to Phyllis is George - the fathers.
Next to George is Lancaster's wife Mabel Plumb. The woman in the corresponding position next to Lancaster is too young to be George's wife Ann Cameron - we'll get back to her and the boy she's holding later. That covers the mothers.
The man standing behind George is very like John Edward, so the other chap at the back must be Peter - the grandfathers (and themselves brothers).
The women sitting with (probably) husbands at each end would be matrons of honour - I expect they are Robert's sisters, Francis and Ethel. Phyllis didn't have any siblings.
The women standing at the back are probably cousins. George's sister Winifred married Lancaster's brother Whitelaw, so their children would be cousins of both the bride and the groom.
That leaves the woman and boy next to Lancaster. This is pure guesswork. George's wife might have had another daughter then a son then died (perhaps at his birth). The daughter might act as a mother to the boy, which would explain her protective stance.
The girls in mobcaps are pretty generic, though the older one who considers herself much too old to be classed with these babies, looks as though she has character. The two in the middle are trainbearers - they are still carefully clutching the bride's train. The other two have baskets - probably of rose petals or confetti.
The girl in a different outfit is probably the child of the couple nearest to her. I wonder why she was not a bridesmaid - maybe she refused wilfully as small children are wont to do - that's why she looks so sulky - she has realised that it would have been nice. Maybe that's her elder sister next to her, who was forced to take her place, wishing she was in more grown up clothes.

St Georges Church tells his existance. I have assumed he is the Peter who married Amelia. I have yet to tie him in with mention of a Peter and Amelia Chamarette in Bengal. The possibility is high since their son Robert was baptised in Bengal and his father's occupation given as Apothecary Hyderabad Contingent.

Peter married Amelia Sweet Turnbull on 30 Dec 1850 in The Lay Stations within the Archdeaconry of Madras, India. Amelia (daughter of William Henry Turnbull and Leonora Sarah Fuker) was born on 30 Dec 1836; died on 19 Dec 1893 in Yeotmahl, India; was buried on 20 Dec 1893 in Yeotmahl, India. Possibly Lucet was her second name not Sweet - difficult to decipher. Also, no second name is given on the marriage entry, though it ties up for age with the death certificate.
Her husband Peter was still alive when she died - retired Civil Engineer.

Update to this - there is a previous Chamarette! See below in Sources - List Of Inscriptions On Tombs Or Monuments. J.D. is likely to have been his father, and was Roman Catholic which would tie up with the rumoured French origin. He was born about 1758, so 35 years old when Andrew was born.
Andrew was previously the earliest Chamarette found. No Chamarette (or Chamarett or Chamaret) has been found in England prior to that - or in fact at all until they started to return from India in the Twentieth Century. The Chamaret surname does exist in France.

Andrew married Catherine Johannes on 3 Oct 1820 in French Gardens, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, India. Catherine (daughter of Armenian Johaness) was born about 1793; died on 25 Apr 1851 in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, India; was buried on 26 Apr 1851 in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, India. Father was an Armenian soldier of fortune in the service of the Paigah of Vicar-ul-Umrah.
The Paigahs were the only noble family of Hyderabad to be permitted by the Sultans to maintain a private army.
