  [S58] Other Researchers - Patsy Witchell. I have a note of a settlement examination of John Worrall. He was living in Bewdley at the time of his examination on 20.6.1814. He was a labourer, and stated that he had been born in Milson, Salop, where his father was then settled. About ten years before the examination, he was hired for a year to Thomas Edwards of the parish of Kidderminster, carrier. About 8 years before the examination he had married his wife Jane at the parish church of Ribbesford, by whom he had two children, George about 7 & Thomas 4. Milson is rather remote and it is hardly surprising that members of the Worrall family sought their fortunes elsewhere.
