University College matric 1.Dec 1790 aged 16; brother of John 1794) possibly married Elizabeth Clark 25 May 1790 (or was this his father?) Vicar of Shabbington after Samuel Long (or with him) from 1778 to 1782. Both Phipps Weston officiated in the same parish of St Mary?s Bishopstoke in 1771 one as the minister (senior) and the other as rector.
