She was a minor, and her father was a fishmonger. David's father is described as a sugar boiler - the marriage certificate doesn't mention that he was dead. - [S19] BMD - ancestry websites, vol 4a p1616.
Marriage last qtr of 1900. Note that 2 children were registered in 1900 (?)
