She was a minor, and her father was a fishmonger. David's father is described as a sugar boiler - the marriage certificate doesn't mention that he was dead. - [S90] Other Researchers - Gail Everett.

Marriage 1903 Dec qtr - This is the only Hettie marriage he found - he also found Jinnie marrying in Chelsea so this is quite probable. Hettie would be 27. I also found it in ancestry.com. The men on the page are William Henry James and Gabriel Robert Lyford.
