In the next census 1911 shown as the son of Hettie, Harry's sister, and living with her and her husband William James. So therefore he was presumably born out of wedlock, and staying with his uncle at the census in 1901. However he is also shown in his grandfather David's census return along with his mother. [S90] Other Researchers - Gail Everett. [S15] Other Researchers - Peter Breeze, vol 1a p857. Marriage 1903 Dec qtr - This is the only Hettie marriage he found - he also found Jinnie marrying in Chelsea so this is quite probable. Hettie would be 27. I also found it in ancestry.com.
