In Catherine's it is definitely George. In his second marriage it is George Cheek. His occupation is given as Clerk in the auditor General's Office, residing in Madras, in daughter Catherine's entry, in John's he was just a clerk, and in his second marraige it was Auditor. At granddaughter Catherine's marriage there is a witness Geo G H Combes which could be him, so third name begins with H perhaps. However it could be her uncle. [S42] Other Researchers - Jack Hudson, via Kerry Edwards. The second name looks like Cofry or Creak. Occupation Government Officer. [S7] BMD - British Library, Burial.
