  [S1] Certificate, Marriage, FRC Mar 1847 Merthyr Tydfil vol 26 p483. Ages not given but we have that from the censuses. Charles is a farmer, son of William a farmer. Gwenllian has no profession, her father Evan Evans is a tailer. Both of Ystradyfodwg, both made their mark, as did a witness Mary Thomas. The other witness J Chapman signed.
