  [S1] Certificate, Birth, Pontypridd, Mar 1909, vol 11a p579. We know where the family lived - this is the only Glyndwr Charles born there at the right time. It gives his mother's maiden name. [S1] Certificate, Death, Mar 1982 Richmond vol 14 p1713. Adinah got his age wrong - she had him one year older. [S1] Certificate, Marriage - FRC Ref vol 11A p 1110. This is the only marriage with the right names in the right place and within the right period to be parents of Glyndwr [S114] Other Researchers - Peter Worrall. In our archive, we have a hand written letter from AEW to Kathleen sent via BEFPO whist he was at the Western Front for his period of duty in 1916 whilst seconded to the Royal Fusiliers. Written in pencil of course as all officers correspondence was - ink fades of course over time - he just chats away about the day to day stuff of a regiment in the line whilst missing his sweetheart.....who was at this time pregnant with Jean who was born that December. [S1] Certificate, Marriage, Surrey N.E., Sep 1938, vol 2a p412. Jean lived at 5 White Hart Lane, Barnes Glyn lived at Red Lion Hotel, Barnes - he was the hotel manager [S11] Personal Knowledge. Jeremy remembers when Glyn left. It was a permanent separation rather than divorce.
